3. Order Processing & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payments are processed securely; ensure your billing information is accurate to avoid delays. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Pharma Grade® ships orders across Romania and select international destinations. While we aim for prompt delivery within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Due to health and hygiene regulations, dietary supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pharmagrade.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
